Cancellation Requests: Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Cancellation Fees: If a project is canceled after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply, covering the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be determined based on the work completed and are subject to our Refund Policy.
Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting) are non-refundable and must be covered by the client.
Project Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a project if payment terms are not met or if there are significant delays in client communication.
Ownership: Upon cancellation, all rights to work completed up to that point remain with 3 Steps Ahead Technology until full payment is received.
Reactivation: If a canceled project is reactivated, additional fees may apply to resume work.
