Refund Policy

  • Refund Requests: Clients must submit a written request for a refund, outlining the reasons and details of the issue.
  • Partial Refunds: If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments for completed services, custom work, or third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, hosting) are non-refundable.
  • Timeline: Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of disagreements, we will work with clients to find an amicable solution before proceeding with a refund.
  • No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with services after project completion if the work was delivered as agreed.
